On Sunday 3rd April we visited the Roundhouse in Pride Park and enjoyed Jaguar Fairs Antique & Collector Fair.
Arriving just after 10.00am when many were already searching the wide variety of merchandise that was on show within this historic and the worlds oldest Roundhouse.
For Marilyn Arrigoni from Leicester along with her friend Jackie Bott this was their second year at the Roundhouse and they spoke highly of both the venue and the nice people they meet at this and other similar events. Until recently this it was just a part-time passion but having grown into it with their Moorcroft they now have a good selection of Royal Worcester and many glassware items.
We also had the pleasure of meeting Laura Cartwright whose vintage stall was attracting much interest. Laura left University 3 years ago having gained a Masters in Fashion Design. She recently stood at Loulous Vintage Fair and will be back at the Roundhouse at the end of May for Loulous next event in Derby.
You can also visit Laura at the Vintage Carnival at the Nottingham Racecourse on the 30th April when there will be a whole array of Vintage products including the every popular vintage cars with lots of support music and fun items.
